A Reading & Signing with Kimberly Ann Johnson

Banyen Books & Sound

Friday, April 20 6:30pm

This book is my offering to every woman becoming a mother. It’s
the book that I desperately wish I’d had. My hope is that it provides
the tools, information, encouragement, and comfort you need to
make this precious transition smoother. If you are feeling confused,
depressed, rearranged, or in pain, may this book serve as an oasis in
the desert. I have been where you are, and my sincere hope is that
you can find something here that makes sense to you. May you find
solace and hope in the stories of other women here, may you find
the strength to take one small step out of the darkness, and may your
journey be full and rich. Even though you may struggle, even though
you may be exhausted, may you also discover inner gems that you
didn’t even know existed through the power of the love that has been
awakened in you. – Kimberly Ann Johnson
